Product Usage

The high-efficiency gas prevention device developed by our company can be widely used in oil wells with high oil and gas levels. This device can separate and produce natural gas in the oil to improve pump efficiency; it can also filter out sand in the oil to prevent sand jam in the oil pump.

Structure and Working Principle

The device consists of upper, middle and lower sections such as valve assembly, spiral separator and sand control device. The upper outer pipe has an exhaust hole.

The oil enters the device from the lower screen tube and goes up through the oil and gas separation joint along the annular space into the spiral separation mechanism. The gas-liquid mixture flows upward in the spiral separation mechanism. Under the action of centrifugal force, the gas flows along the spiral plate due to its low density. The inside goes up through the upper part of the spiral plate, and when it floats to the top of the annular space of the device, it is discharged to the annular space of the ring through the exhaust hole; because of the high density of the liquid, the liquid goes down along the outside of the spiral plate to the lower part of the separator, and passes through the oil and gas separation joint It enters the liquid outlet pipe and is discharged by the oil pump. When the liquid passes through the gas-sensitive joint, the fine bubbles contained in the liquid are filtered out and go up the annular space of the separator to the top exhaust hole for discharge. When the liquid passes through the gas-sensitive joint, the sand inside the liquid is filtered and sinks along the annular space of the separator to the sand settling tail pipe, thereby achieving the sand control function.
