Composition structure:

Inner layer – sealing layer, thermoplastic polymer resin with special properties.

Middle – reinforcement layer, metal skeleton reinforcement.

The outer layer – the protective layer, is made of anti-aging and anti-UV polyethylene resin.

Scope of application: used for oil, natural gas, industrial oil, gas, sewage transportation and mixed transportation. Also used for transporting drinking water, fire water and corrosive liquids. When transporting gas media, the temperature should not exceed 40°C. For other types of media, the temperature does not exceed 70°C.

Application:

  1. Municipal engineering: urban water supply, heating network return water, coal gas, and natural gas transmission pipelines.
  2. Chemical engineering: industrial pipes and discharge pipes for transporting corrosive gases, liquids, solid powders in acid, alkali, salt manufacturing, petrochemical, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, chemical, rubber and plastic industries.
  3. Oil and gas fields: oily sewage, gas field sewage, oil and gas mixtures, secondary and tertiary oil gathering and transportation industrial pipes.
