REDUCER UNIT

The special reducer for pumping unit adopts involute or double-arc herring-bone gear, which has the characteristics of large carrying capacity, long service life, stable operation, low noise, good sealing performance, safety and reliability, and convenient installation and use. It is suitable for various continuous operation under various field conditions

Application and Characteristics

Thank you for select various kinds of products of our factory. This product is involute gear reducer, two-stage cylindrical gear transmission. It is widely used in machinery industries such as lifting and transporting machinery, mining machinery and general chemicals. Its work temperature is -40°c ~+45°C, the input transmission speed is not higher than 1500r.p.m, the gear transmission peripheral speed cannot exceed 10 m/s, and it can run in both forward and reverse directions.

Lubrication

Well lubrication is the important factor to lengthens the speed reducer service life, therefore lubrications should have the specialist to take responsible, frequently inspect the lubrication situation, guarantees the entire machine normal work.

Use 120# industry gear oil to lubricate in winter, 200# industry gear oil in summer, when the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, the lubrication oil should join pour point depressant.

The lubrication oil should keep a certain viscosity, make sure does not contain impurity、water etc.

Add the dose according to the regulations and check with oil level plug, keep the oil level higher than the middle pipe plug, do not surpass the highest pipe plug.

Generally, oil change time is six months, it is also decided by the oil quality and the working condition. the lubricant oil can be tested regularly. Change the oil immediately if discover the following situation:

1. The speed reducer internal surface have greasy dirt.
2. Oil emulsification
3. Oil silt
4. Oil polluted by impurity like dust, granulated substance

   The reducer cannot work under the following conditions, please inspect and change the oil frequently:

   1. Intermittent working
   2. A lot of dust
   3. Sulfur gas
   4. High temperature and large daily temperature difference

      When change the oil, the reducer cavity, gear wheel and the bearing should be washed by light oil, all accumulation dirty in the oil tank must be eliminated completely. Do not use the petroleum and the gasoline to wash, if it must be use, make sure the reducer should be completely drained before adding new lubricating oil, and use the new oil to wash again (specially the bearing portion ) and put the oil out, then infuse the lubricating oil. If the reducer does not work immediately, keep it running at least 10 minutes, guarantees all lubricated surface covered a protect oil film.
