The ultra-deep load-relief air-proof pump developed by our company is designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec11AX-2015, GB/T18607-2017, SY/T5059-2009 and other standards. The pipe does not deflate, which not only solves the phenomenon of pumping air lock, but also goes deeper into the well than conventional pumps.

Structure and working principle:

The pump is mainly composed of upper variable buckle joint, outer pipe upper joint, compression ring, sealing ring, outer pipe, inner pump barrel, outer pipe lower joint, lower variable diameter joint, integral plunger and fixed valve assembly, etc.

During the upward stroke, the plunger moves downward, the fixed valve opens to feed oil, and the upper and lower movable valves close to discharge oil. When the lower end of the plunger leaves the middle hole of the pump barrel, the chamber of the outer tube communicates with the lower chamber of the middle hole of the pump barrel. The gas in the inner well fluid rises until the end of the upstroke.

During the downstroke, the plunger goes down, the fixed valve is closed, and the floating valve is opened to discharge oil. When the upper end of the plunger enters the middle hole of the pump barrel, the chamber of the outer tube communicates with the oil tube. At this time, the gas existing in the empty tube is At the same time, the chamber of the outer tube is filled with well fluid until the end of the downstroke. This completes a suction process.
