Product Introduction:

At present, oil fields often adopt well killing measures for intermittent blowout wells with low wellhead pressure and wells with overflow after refilling. However, pressure leakage or pressure death will occur after killing the well, which not only causes damage to the well condition, but also prolongs the life of the well. construction period, causing environmental pollution. For this reason, our company has developed an oil pump that can operate under pressure, which effectively solves this problem.

Structure and Working Principle:

This pump is based on the conventional pump and adds a blowout prevention device for pressure operation, and the device is installed at the lower end of the ordinary pump.

During the pumping process, the end face of the sealing sleeve forms a seal with the fixed valve seat joint, which prevents oil and gas in the well from entering the pump pipe and prevents blowout, ensuring the safe operation of the operation. When the pump reaches the design depth, perform a pressure test on the oil pump string according to the design requirements, press the pressure to 6~8MPa, cut the pin, and rely on the explosive inertia to eject the sealing mandrel out of the sealing sleeve and fall into the oil pipe connected to the lower end of the pump. In the middle, the valve ball is seated to realize the suction function of the fixed valve.
