Sand Control Oil Well Pump

The sand control type oil well pump developed by our company is mainly used in oil wells where sand jams and sand grinding often occur when conventional pumps are used for oil pumping due to serious sand production, and oil wells fail prematurely, resulting in oil well shutdown, frequent operations, and increased production costs.

Structure and working principle:

The long plunger sand control pump adopts a long plunger, short pump barrel and annular sand setting structure, and is mainly composed of a long plunger, a short pump barrel, a sand settling outer barrel, a double-way joint, and a sand scraping device.

The pump can realize oil drainage by installing a special sliding sleeve type oil drainer, and can also provide customers with a fixed valve with an anti-falling object structure. The side liquid outlet hole can prevent foreign objects from falling into the fixed valve from the upper end and cause blockage.

No matter where the plunger is at any position during the working process, there is always a section of the plunger exposed above the pump barrel. At the same time, the sand scraping device plays the role of scraping and separating sand, which can prevent the sand from entering the gap between the plunger and the pump barrel, and the sand particles can only sink into the annular space between the pump barrel and the outer pipe, thereby effectively preventing sand from getting stuck. Reduce the wear between the pump barrel and the plunger, prolong the service life of the pump.
