Product Usage:

The separate pumping and mixing pump developed by our company is suitable for oil wells that carry out layered mining operations on two oil layers and have a large pressure difference between the two oil layers.

Structure and Working Principle:

This pump uses two pumps with different diameters connected in series, with the large pump at the top and the small pump at the bottom, forming a double-pump single-acting oil pump.

During operation, use a packer to separate the two oil layers to avoid the influence of differences between the layers. During the upward stroke, the liquid in the two oil layers is sucked into the respective pump chambers through different fixed valve channels; during the downward stroke, the liquid in the two pump chambers passes through the respective traveling valves and plunger inner hole channels, and is pressed into the oil pipe to mix and mix. discharge.

Main Feature:

  1. It can achieve layered exploitation of two oil layers, avoid the influence of differences between layers, and increase liquid production.
  2. The upper pump is designed with a single valve structure, which is easy to install, reliable in operation, and has small oil flow resistance.
  3. Both the upper and lower pump barrels adopt bridge-type reinforced structures to protect the pump barrels from tension and compression deformation.
